Air Conditioner Rentals

Window air conditioner units are rented for a flat fee for the entire summer. The rental includes free delivery, installation and pick-up at the end of the summer. Orders can be placed as early as May and will last until fall begins. Each AC unit will generally cool one room. Multiple units can be rented.

We offer a variety of window air conditioner sizes and can recommend the best unit based on the size of the room. Rates vary per air conditioner size as follows:

**Please note that we are currently out of 5000 and 8000 BTU Air Conditioners. We apologize for the inconvenience.

5000BTU (can cool up to 10' x 15' room): $125/summer

8000BTU (can cool up to 15' x 15' room): $199/summer

10,000BTU (can cool up to 15' x 18' room): $249/summer

12,000BTU (can cool up to 20' x 22' room): $299/summer

Floor-standing Units: Used to accomodate rooms where standard window units may not fit. These versatile units start at: $199/summer

Installation Service

If you already own a window air conditioner unit and would like to be sure it is installed correctly, Metro Appliance Rental can help. We offer installation services that start at a rate of $75 per installation.
