Q: If I already own an air conditioner, can Metro Appliance Rental install it for me?
A: Yes. We have an installation service available to those with existing AC units. The cost starts at $75. Please call for additional details.

Q: What size air conditioner unit do I need?
A: If you know the size of your room, generally a 5000BTU can cool up to 10' x 15', an 8000BTU can cool up to 15' x 15' room, and a 10,000BTU can cool up to 15' x 18' room. If you don't know the size of your room, Metro Appliance Rental can estimate by asking you some simple questions. We also carry multiple unit sizes so that we will always have the right fit for your room or apartment.

Q: How long is the rental term?
A: We charge a flat fee for the entire summer. This means from the time you call us to rent the unit until whenever you want to take the unit out in the fall. We are completely flexible to your needs.

Q: What if my AC unit stops working?
A: Metro Appliance Rental guarantees that all of our rentals will be in good working condition. If for any reason the air conditioner stops cooling, we will immediately fix or replace the unit to make sure you stay cool this summer.

Q: What brands of air conditioners do you have?
A: We use mostly Maytag, Samsung, Frigidaire, GE, and Goldstar.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Metro Appliance Rental has been operating since 2002.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We are fully insured.
